Volkswagen Diesel Emissions Environmental Mitigation Trust for State Beneficiaries, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia (the “State Mitigation Trust”), the Volkswagen Diesel Emissions Environmental Mitigation Trust for Indian Tribe Beneficiaries (the “Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust”), and Wilmington Trust, N.A., not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as trustee for each of the State Mitigation Trust and Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust, (all three together, the “Trusts and Trustee,” “we,” or “us”) are pleased to provide this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use.

The “Service” means the public-facing website available at, maintained by the Trustee, onto which all the materials that are required to be posted by each of the State Mitigation Trust and Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust will be posted in accordance with the terms of each Trust. The Service Collects Your Information

Using the Service. We collect information you provide through the Service.
