Volkswagen Diesel Emissions Environmental Mitigation Trust for State Beneficiaries, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia (the “State Mitigation Trust”), the Volkswagen Diesel Emissions Environmental Mitigation Trust for Indian Tribe Beneficiaries (the “Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust”), and Wilmington Trust, N.A., not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as trustee for each of the State Mitigation Trust and Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust, (all three together, the “Trusts and Trustee,” “we,” or “us”) are pleased to provide this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use.

The “Service” means the public-facing website available at www.vwenvironmentalmitigationtrust.com, maintained by the Trustee, onto which all the materials that are required to be posted by each of the State Mitigation Trust and Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust will be posted in accordance with the terms of each Trust. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and secure information we obtain through the “Service” that links to this Privacy Policy.

The Service Collects Your Information

Using the Service. We collect information you provide through the Service. For example, we may, now or at some point in the future, collect the information you submit to us through the Service on any “contact us” page(s), such as your name, address, contact information, and the substance of your communication.

When you visit the Service, we and our third-party partners, such as analytics providers, collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons and web server logs. If you are using the Service, you agree to the transfer of your information to the United States and processing globally. By providing your information you consent to any transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy and Practices
